I recently told you about a professor who was expecting a child in February, and he knew there were many issues with the baby. That post is here. He was looking for advice, and I think we delivered.
Well, his wife did too. Deliver that is.
Aria was born last week, about 5 weeks early. She started breathing on her own really early–we were happy to see that. She moves and cries, and her heart appears free of major defects.
But, alas, there are major problems and, as expected, she is in a neonatal intensive care unit.
He continues to read this blog, and now has one of his own, DaisyAndAriasDaddy. Go say hi. I think he and Rachael will appreciate it.
