Itch much?

As usual, I meet the bus at home in the afternoon. Luckily I work walking distance from the house so I can check that my daughter’s day went well, a nanny is at the house, and life is good.

Today the nurse on the bus looked concerned.

She has a  red area on the front of her neck. I don’t know if it is hives or just some irritation. I’ve been watching her.

So she either has a bit of irritation that may or may not be bothering her, or she may be having an allergic reaction and go into anaphylaxis and need an emergency shot of epinephrine as we rush to the hospital?

Pretty much.
