adore: \ə-ˈdȯr\ : transitive verb …
My mother and I used to play this game … I must have been 5 or 6 or something …
I adore you. Do you know what that means?
I’d look at her and shake my head “no.”
It’s more than love. You’ll understand when you have kids.
She was so right. I adore my daughter, she brings an incredible amount into my life. This blog highlights the bad stuff that comes along, I will sprinkle in the good. It is the bad that I cannot say out loud so I say it here. But understand, I adore her. I love children. I’d love more.
Mom was right. Aren’t they always?
